Job Title: Operations Support Specialist

Location: Dublin

Innopharma Technical Services are now seeking to recruit Operations Support Specialist to support our multinational biopharmaceutical manufacturing client based in Dublin.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree (Level 8) in Science or related discipline.
• 2+ years of GMP pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.

Key requirements:

• Experience in aseptic Fill-Finish/Drug Product manufacturing operations.
• Strong expertise in New Product Introduction (NPI), technology transfer, and lifecycle management projects.
• Hands-on experience in MES/PAS-X, electronic batch records, BOMs/ERP systems, validation, change control, GMP documentation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Provide support for engineering and PPQ runs, ensuring effective execution and compliance with GMP requirements.
• Highly organised, technically capable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, demonstrated ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.
