Luke Kiernan

           

Luke Kiernan

Luke’s career in the pharmaceutical industry spans over 25 years with Elan, Gerard Laboratories, BioAnalytical Laboratories, Wyeth & Pfizer.  Luke has held various management roles in Validation, Technical Services, Process Development, Regulatory Affairs, Analytical Method Development, Quality Control and Quality Assurance. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in all aspects of validation lifecycle, six sigma methodology for problem-solving, process improvement, technical transfers, analytical method development & validation, regulatory affairs, change management, QRM and Quality Management. Luke holds an MSc in Instrumental Method of Analysis from DCU. Luke leads our Technical Services Division.

           

Audrey Meehan

Audrey has 20 years’ experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, having previously worked with Elan, Wyeth and Pfizer. Audrey has held various management roles, in Technical Services, Validation and Process Development. Audrey’s experience includes Validation Master Planning, the validation of large capital expansion projects (up to €300M), project management, technology transfers, employment of Lean tools and systems revision (in response to new regulations and corporate policy). Audrey holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University College Cork.  Audrey leads our training and induction programme for new hires as well as their continuous professional development. Audrey also acts as a technical support and back up to our people in the field.

Irene Nowak

           

Irene Nowak

Irene has over 10 years’ of industrial experience having worked in Boston Scientific, Allergan, Sigmoid and BMS. Her roles have included QC Chemist, R&D Chemist and QC Supervisor. She has been responsible for analytical method development, method validation and tech transfer of analytical methods. Irene has trained analysts and driven improvements in the lab CAPA system. She has managed all aspects of testing from raw materials through to finished product, stability samples, validation samples and water samples. Most recently Irene was involved in the qualification of lab equipment for a Biopharma start-up. Irene holds an MSc in Organic Chemistry from DCU.

           

Caroline Fanneran

Caroline has over 15 years’ experience interfacing with clients in healthcare, medtech and FMCG to develop workable supply chain and staffing solutions. Her main area of expertise is within the medical device industry as a Key Account Manager supporting global multinational clients to deal effectively with highly regulated and complex environments. Caroline has joined Innopharma as Business Relationship Manager capitalising on her business expertise and qualifications in Management Applications from IT Sligo.
