Job Title: QA Projects Manager (Co. Cavan)
About the company: Innopharma Technical Services, part of Innopharma Group, specialise in the provision of highly skilled resources for Life Sciences industries.
We are now seeking a QA Project Manager within the QA department based in a Global Multinational Manufacturing Client Site in Co. Cavan.
Primary Function:
• Provide leadership and guidance in accordance with Quality principles and requirements for Division projects and partner with key stakeholders that are integral to the success of the projects.
• Manage projects/programs of a highly complex nature and/or high impact including those requiring coordination of multiple sites and matrix cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for the overall management and delivery of end-to-end implementation of QA program/project strategy.
• Assure that projects conform to current cGMP/cGDP, project plan, division quality standards and other applicable regulatory standards.
Major Responsibilities:
• Creates and executes project plans and revises them as appropriate to meet changing requirements.
• Provides comprehensive quality risk assessments and elevate quality risks identified with appropriate recommendations and mitigation plan to key stakeholders.
• Participates in design & project reviews and give recommendations to Engineering/ Production/Product Development teams to ensure Quality requirements are met and within established QA processes.
• Prioritizes deliverables and manages project scope and end to end QA delivery across teams/sites.
• Report out status of the projects to QA Leadership team on a periodic basis using project related metrics and track projects to resources, time to market and budget constraints.
• Performs reviews of completed projects to assure sustainability and recommends any changes to QA processes as needed.
• Ensures QA-related documents of the projects are complete, current and stored.
• Management of junior personnel in quality system requirements and project management.
Education / Experience Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Microbiological and/or Food Safety background would be beneficial.
• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technical role (Quality Assurance, New Product Development, Production, Supply Chain) in similar or related industries.
Knowledge:
• Excellent understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices, regulatory compliance and quality management systems
• Solid knowledge of food safety programs (e.g. HACCP)
• Audit Experience (Internal and External)
• Excellent collaboration skills, communication skills, project management skills, problem solving competence, organizational skills and budget management should be demonstrable.
