Training Opportunities
Innopharma Technical Services invites applicants for a position on our work simulation training programmes. Programmes are 12 weeks in duration and specialise in Validation, Automation and Quality Control. Programmes are delivered using a hybrid model. Participants spend at least one day per week in our pilot manufacturing and QC laboratories, located in Sandyford, Dublin.
All programmes provide hands-on experience of the regulations (cGMP) required to work in the Biopharmaceutical industry in Ireland. As well as the specifics for each area, candidates also gain in depth knowledge of the supporting quality systems such as change management, risk assessment, deviations and quality control.
Programme Options
Our Validation programme covers all aspects of equipment, computer systems, process and cleaning validation as well as the supporting quality systems within the Pharma and med-tech industries. This includes developing, generating, and executing validation documentation such as VMPs, IQ, OQ, PQ, process validation and cleaning validation protocols and reports.
Our Automation programme covers the development, implementation, and optimisation of automation systems within the pharmaceutical and med-tech industries. This includes the design, configuration, and validation of automated equipment, processes, and control systems. Expertise is gained in creating and executing key deliverables such as automation lifecycle documentation, software qualification protocols, system integration testing, and computerised system validation/assurance (CSV/A).
Our QC programme covers all aspects of in process and finished product release testing, such as Sample management lifecycle, Sample Analysis, Calculations from first principles, Data Integrity (ALCOA++), Data Analysis & Trending, Trouble shooting, etc. Hands on experience is gained in HPLC Analysis (utilising Waters Alliance E2696 Technology), Empower HPLC Software, Dissolution Testing, Assay/Content Uniformity Analysis, Data Integrity Understanding, etc
Entry Requirements
• Minimum of a Level 8 Degree in a Science, Technical or Engineering related discipline.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment, while not essential is an advantage.
• Candidates for all programmes are selected based on their attitude, critical thinking ability, communication skills, as well as their technical knowledge.
Upon completion of the programme, successful candidates fulfil various roles working as part of the Innopharma Technical Services team at client sites.
