We are now seeking Senior Manufacturing Biotech associate to provide support to our multinational
pharmaceutical clients at multiple location across Ireland.

About the position:

The Senior Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate supports end-to-end biologics production across fed-
batch and continuous manufacturing. The role involves operating single-use equipment, following
electronic batch records, and working within a flexible, cross-functional process teams within our client
sites across Ireland.

Shift work required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing equipment per batch records, sampling plans, and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Adhere to safety and GMP compliance standards.
• Support writing and updating batch records, sampling plans, WI and SOPs.
• Work collaboratively within a dedicated process team; support occasional weekend/out-of-hours operations.

Preferred Experience:

• Level 7 science/engineering qualification or a Level 6 with 3 years GMP experience.
• Commissioning and qualification experience.
• Understanding of upstream and downstream mAb operations.
• Knowledge of both continuous and batch manufacturing.
• Knowledge of contamination control and batch release requirements.
• Familiarity with DeltaV, PAS-X, and automated manufacturing systems.
• Experience with single-use technologies beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
