Are you ready to take the next step in your career within a leading biopharma environment?

We are now seeking Manufacturing Biotech associate to provide support to our multinational
pharmaceutical clients at multiple location across Ireland.

About the position:

The Manufacturing Biotech Associate will support biologic drug-substance manufacturing, operating
and monitoring equipment, running automated production, and ensuring GMP-compliant processing
from cell culture through filtration and purification, deliver batch operations successfully, identify and
resolve issues.

Shift work required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and business systems.
  • Perform cleaning, validation, and in-process testing activities.
  • Run automated, paperless production activities for inoculation, cell culture, filtration, and
    purification steps.
  • Set up single-use systems and carry out processes to GMP and EHS standards.
  • Drive process optimisation using standard work and lean techniques.
  • Strong safety and quality culture focused on “right first time” mindset.

Preferred Experience:

  • Level 6 Qualification in science, engineering, or a relevant technical discipline.
  • 0–3 years’ experience in biotech/pharma manufacturing (highly regulated environment).
  • Understanding of biologic drug-substance production is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Logical thinker, proactive under pressure, flexible, and self-motivated.
